Message	if it is not you could have a boost leak, bad turbo or a bunch of other problems. The other gauge is for your oil. The top is oil temp the bottom is oil pressure. If it does not work check your sending unit under the hood or maybe your fuses. I am not that well versed with the older Z's as this website is for the 90-96 Z32's and not your Z31.
